Yeah!!!!

Got done shopping and now we're packing up to leave for the deer hunt!
I can't wait! It is such a fun time of year. :) I love kole's family ( i guess they are my family now too..lol) and it so fun to get together with them for their favorite holiday.
My family isn't really into hunting so it's been fun the last few years getting into the hunting spirit and doing all their fun family traditions.
It's almost been a year since kole asked me to marry him too! (he asked on the deer hunt. you can see the post if you look up oct. from last year) wow! time sure does fly!
Anyway, I'm just a rambling away but I'm so stinkin excited!

Grand tour of our home

By popular demand here is hour home.,

I love it!!

Here is as you're walking up to our doorway, to the right is a courtyard but we don't have anything there yet.

This is what you see when you walk in the front door. (looks very orange but thats just the fall decorations)

To the left is our coat rack, and a little nitch in the wall I change out for the holidays:)

To the right is our unfinished office.

if you walk straight you can go either right, left a little, or left a lot.

To the right and down the hall is our guest room. Pet free, so for those of you with allergies you can sleep stuffy nose free:)

down that same hall is the guest bathroom.

to the left of that hall is the "game room" which has our board games, extra stuff and tons of old school video games for the kiddo's who come to visit.

If you go to the slightly to the left after walking in the front door you will see our grand room, which consists of the living room, dining room and kitchen.
The Living room...

Dining Room....

Kitchen....

Now if you walk through the kitchen or walk to the Far left as you walk in the front door you will see the laundry room and door to the garage.
Take a right and down the hall and you will be in our master bedroom..

(we'll get a bigger tv... someday.lol)

To the left in our room is the BEST part of the house! our bathroom/closet!

I love the double sinks and our huge tub!!

To the left is our big closet... but it's a little messy and hard ot get a good shot of.
Down to the left in our bathroom is our big shower and separate toilette room, but again hard to get a good shot of... I hope you enjoy the tour and hopefully you will all be able to see it sometime soon!

halloween crafty

So here is my cute little crafty I worked on while in Richfield.
I just got a piece of cloth and some cross stitching thread and free handed
the design with a black marker, (if you use lighter cloth, a pencil works great!)
Yay for having free time and some extra scraps of stuff around the house
and turning it into something cute! :)

Road Trip Weekend

So last weekend Kole had to go up to Richfield for his drill weekend. I didn't really wanna be at home alone so I got to go with him.

This is me on our way up to Richfield at the beaver chevron.
I think this is a random rocking chair and just had to test it out..lol

While Kole was working I was hanging out in the hotel listening to conference and working on my crafts.

This is us Saturday night..aren't we adorable! :)

When Kole got done on Saturday we changed and drove 2 hours on highway 89 to Clear Creek (by Kanab) for his cousins wedding. We made it to the reception and everyone had a good time dancing and talking to people we haven't seen in a while. Bobbie Sue looked gorgeous! Congrats To Joe and Bobbie Sue!
After the wedding we went to the cabin just up the road for a few minutes and hung out with Kole's dad , brother, 2 nephews and a niece. It got me way excited for the deer hunt which is in 1 week!!!!! Yay! After that we drove the 2 hours back to Richfield.

Sunday, Kole had to work again so i packed us all up and had to check out at 11. We didn't even think about that check out time until that morning!!! haha. I had to entertain myself for a few hours. Driving around and working on some sewing in my car in the walmart parking lot did the trick. I even colored a little bit. (reminds me of when i was a little girl and i would color during conference) :)

So after Kole got done with working on Sunday instead of taking I15 home we decided to make our trip a little longer and we took Highway 89 and then drove over Cedar Mountain. We had already driven so much all weekend but this last little decision was totally worth it! If you haven't driven these roads, you really need to. It was such a beautiful, relaxing drive. And the fall colors were AMAZING!!!

We even stopped to take some pictures.

This was my first attempt. I tripped in some bushes and twisted my ankle a little bit. I love how Kole is smiling in the back ground. Love ya honey!

This one worked out a little better:)

So did this one!
It was definitely a long driving weekend but it was so much fun to get away and to spend time with my husband!
