There is a LOT to be thankful for.....

This years thanksgiving was definitely different from all the rest. But now that we are parents I kinda expected that. I am very thankful for my amazing husband who has been there right along side of me for everything, who cooked me every meal (when he wasn't working) and got me everything I might need while I was on bed rest, who held my hand as I went through childbirth, who cuddles me every night, and is seriously the best husband and the best daddy ever!! I am thankful for my two little boys! Even thought they are only a month old, they have already flipped our lives upside down (in a good way) and we will never be the same. It is true, you never know that kind of love until you have your own.. I am thankful for my family, friends, and total strangers who have been there to help us and the babies. And I am thankful for the life I am able to live and for the people who make it that way.

Thanksgiving weekend started off with freezing cold weather and family coming into town. Sorry there aren't more pictures, I was bad at pulling out my camera... it was too much fun talking with people to pull it out every two seconds.

My brother Shane came through town, traveling for the holidays with his fiance Dawn(who I absolutely love! I approve big brother!) . They live in Alaska and it's been a year and a half since I've seen him last. It was fun to visit with both of them!

Uncle Shane holding baby Kollin.

I love this picture of the boys! it shows you how much they are starting to change. If nothing else you can tell them apart by their hair. Kollin has darker, longer hair. and Kleyton has short hair that is starting to go light, it even is starting to get a redish tint to it... (finally Dad, you get a boy that looks like you!)

Thanksgiving DAY!!! Kollin and is daddy look so much a like.

And momma and Kleyton do too!

Turkey makes you sleepy.... or maybe it's just 'turkey day' cuz no one in this picture has eaten any yet.

Thanksgiving day we went to our brother-in-laws grandparents house for lunch. It was so yummy and fun to do something a little different for the holiday. The rest of the weekend was spent visiting with family and lots of cuddle time with the babies...
On saturday Kris and Danielle hosted a 2nd thanksgiving for the Ramsay side of the family. It was a fun night and we didn't even head home till about 2am.

BJ and and my father-in-law in a turkey coma.

My mother-in-law Holly.

Danielle and Shiloh packaging left overs for everyone.

Madison and Stetson taking a break from putting on plays.

Kole, Me and Kooper.

Kris and Madi

Karter and Judd playing star wars, video games were a big hit with the boys this year.

When I told them to smile... this is what Karter gave me....

I told you video games were a big hit.... this is the reason we didn't leave till 2 am.. haha

Sunday was spent spending more time with the boys and Danielle and Kris even visited..

Happy Thanksgiving everyone!!

I thought the idea was to graduate out of a crib....

....But I sure am glad these two little guys graduated into one!! :) Last Thursday the boys were finally big enough to hold their temperatures and get into to crib. Which also means... wearing clothes for the first time, being swaddled in blankets all the time, and being able to be held more! Yaya! Only a few more things that need to happen before our babies get to come home!!

I love this picture of Kollin!! It just shows how active these little guys are, always waving theirs hands and kicking their feet... I think we might have our hands full.

While Kole was gone for drill his mom came to visit and she was able to hold the boys for the first time! She was super excited and I think the babies enjoyed it too:)

I love seeing them in their cute clothes!!! These are preemie sized clothes! Holy Cow, I still can't believe how tiny they are!~

They definetly got mommy's and daddy's chubby baby cheeks!

I just had to throw in this picture too! We went to my sisters house for her birthday yesterday and when we got there I said hi to my sister and turned around and saw this..... Uncle Kole playing with Ava. Isn't he so stinking cute with babies!?! I can't wait till my boys can come home and I can look at this all the time :)

My little family and the things we do lately....

Daddy reads the boys books.....

Kleyton thinks it's fun to suck on Kollins hand...

Mommy just loves to cuddle.......

We all love each other very much....

And Kollin likes to suck on Kleytons nose....

Kollin likes to try and escape the incubator and Kleyton just likes to sleep, all sprawled out taking up his and his brothers spot.......

Both they boys enjoyed taking their first hospital baths, baths that weren't just sponge ones.....

See.... It made them both fall asleep:)

kickin it old school...

I'm a sucker for old black and white photographs, so thankfully I have a fun camera that has a black and white setting. Here are just a few pictures of our cute little boys! I have more pics to put on my blog but that'll have to wait for another day.

Lets get together!!

So I have more pictures!! I just think they get cuter everyday and can't help but take tons!!
Kollin got his IV out yesterday and they are both officially off the lights.. hopefully their billy counts stay down so they don't have to go back under them.
We found out they are fraternal twins so we've been trying to pick out different traits and figure who looks like who. I'm pretty sure Kollin is the spitting image of his daddy, and Kleyton has a tiny bit of mommy with a ton of daddy... Oh those Ramsays! :)

Kollin

Kleyton

This morning.. this is what their room looked like. Kleyton got his IV taken out and we were able to hold them again.. (we can hold them every shift for 60-90 minutes).... today we were lucky enough to hold them for a full two hours!! :)

Momma and Kleyton

Daddy and Kollin

And the reason we got to hold them for two hours was because the nurses changed the room around and took out a bed and when we put the boys back, they went back like this!

Yay! In the same bed! They were so cute together! Both of them had their eyes wide open and stared at each other for a long time! They would touch each other and we could tell they were just so happy to be back by the others side. They even got the hiccups at the same time! Kleyton had his eyes open for a good 20 minutes, if not longer, just looking at his big brother. So stinkin cute!
Then they fell right asleep, their stats (blood pressure, O2, etc...) pretty much matched each other. I love my babies!

With them next to each other it is harder to tell them apart!
