Baby bump update!!

17 and 1/2 weeks!
I no longer am sick constantly which is amazing!!! I've been off of my nausea medicine for two weeks now which also helps because now I don't have headaches and other symptoms that were caused by that medicine.
My belly is definitely growing!!
I bought my first pairs of preggo pants the other day... I can still fit into my regular jeans and pants but it's so annoying to deal with the rubber band and zippers falling. The two pairs I got are way cute, comfy and you can't even tell they are pregnancy pants. (I'm wearing one pair in the picture above)
I rub lotion and vitamin E on everything that is going to keep growing so I can fight off as many stretch marks as possible. So far my belly doesn't itch like everyone says it will but my chest does constantly!!! All I can do is make sure I lather on the lotion, and so far no stretch marks but I know I still have lots of growing and stretching to go!
The babies are getting bigger, both are about 4 1/2 to 5 inches long this week.
I have felt both move a couple times. It's not consistent yet.
I'm starting to enter the nesting stage, I've been cleaning a lot and getting things organized so we can make the office into a nursery here pretty soon. I have a bunch of projects to do but I'm pretty sure I can get them done in the next couple of months, lets just hope my energy stays up!
My most uncomfortable is when I sit for any amount of time, I broke my tail bone when I was 10 and both the babies are sitting just in the right position to make me hurt no matter what position I'm in and no matter how cushy the chair is.
The babies are also in the right position to make me have to go to the bathroom constantly!!!!
We have an ultra sound appointment in two weeks to find out what our little ones are! We are so excited!!

Summer Time...

We have been keeping busy this summer! lots of family and friends and trips.. but that's kind of usual for us:)
At the beginning of July Donna and her three kids came down for a weekend so she could take Hannah's baby Ava's pictures. She did an awesome job! I don't have any of the finished pictures on here but they are on her blog, if you wanna look on my friends list.

The kids had fun playing in our little pool out front.

The next weekend Kole was in Arkansas for work and Mary was headed up to Donna's to pick up Trinity who spent the week with Donna. I headed up for the ride.
The first night we were there we went to the Ute Stampede in Nephi. It's been years since I've been to that rodeo. It's one of the best in Utah.

The next night after a fun day of playing in the water out back and hanging with the kids we went back to the Ute Stampede but this time we did the carnival. It was a lot different then most years for me because I usually do all the crazy rides with the kids but I could do was the ferris wheel. It was still a lot of fun!

The next day we went up to my parents house in Brigham City. That Friday was my dad's 60th birthday so we went to spend the day with them! Happy Birthday Daddy!! I forgot my camera at Donna's so I don't have any pictures:( Later that day Mary and I drove home, leaving trinity and Paige with Grandma and Grandpa for a week. I made it home about an hour after Kole got home from his trip. It was a fun weekend and It was nice to have a Sunday alone with my hubby before having to head back to work.
This weekend was a lot of fun as well.
Friday night Kole's mom and her boyfriend came over. We had a BBQ with them and Kris and his family.
Saturday the 24th. (Pioneer day!!) we woke up early and we to Laverkin to watch their cute little parade with Kris, Danielle and the kids.
Madi got to be in it with her friend.

Later Kole and I went out to Springdale with some friends for the night. It was our friend Dave's birthday this weekend so it was fun to celebrate with him since he lives in Arizona and we haven't seen him in months.
First off we went to the bit and spur for dinner.
They have amazing food!!!
Devin, Felissa, Me, Dave, Angela, and Kole.

Later we headed to a concert.
The girls!!
Angela and Felissa entered a 'Sexy Shoe' contest so we had to get their shoes in the picture!
And you can deffinatly see that I'm pregnant with 2 baby's now!!!

The boys... Devin, Kole and Dave.

Right after I got that picture, my camera of course died. The concert was decent and the weather was amazing for being out side, it was nice and cool because it had rained earlier. Both the girls won something in the contest too!
It was such a fun 24th of July!

Homemade fireworks...

Not as scary as they sound. I saw this cute craft on Good Things Utah the other day and wanted to try it out. So since kole and I are trying to be very money conscious lately i made them with what I had and refrained from the americana decoration sales at krumpets. We had some left over 2x4's from building shelves in our garage (on the show they made them with 4x4's) and the rest was done with craft paint, scrap booking paper, mod podge and scrap booking craft wire. I think they turned out pretty good:)

celebrating the 4th on the 3rd...

So for the July 4th weekend we went to Kanab to visit Kole's mom. The 4th was celebrated on Saturday the 3rd, in Kanab. We woke up and went to the Parade with my mother in law and her boyfriend and we met up with Kris and Danielle and their kids. Kanab always has awesome parades, they give out tons of candy to the kids and at the end the fire department hoses down everyone.

After the parade we went to the Junction for lunch(which has the best waffle fries ever!!) and then to the park where they had a bunch of booths and things to do. We bought water wienies and went back to my mother-in-laws and got completely soaked!! I only played for a little bit then sat out cuz I didn't feel very good. But Kole, being the awesome uncle he is played with the kids for hours! (sorry about the pole in the picture, I was sitting on the porch and if you go out onto the grass they get you wet.)

Later in the day we loaded up in Holly's tracker and Kole's truck and took a trip up to the TV towers. It was very sandy and dry and it was a bumpy, slow ride up there. It was kind of funny trying to go up a hill and backing down and back up and backing down only to get up one hill with both vehicles to find another one we had to go up. we finally made it!! Needless to say going back down was a lot easier but not as funny!!

(you can kind of see my tummy now..lol)

When we got back we had an awesome BBQ and watched fireworks in the front yard.
We went home on the actual 4th and just hung out together and did laundry and all that fun stuff you get to do when you get home from a trip. Luckily we both had the 5th off too so we got an extra day of vacation. And we got to watch the Hurricane fireworks.
Happy 3 days of the 4th!!!
