pictures, updates, and the week isn't over yet....

So this past week has been so busy and it isn't even over yet!! It's had it's ups and downs, mostly ups:) And it's a week I will never forget. My babies are the cutest little things and Kole is the proudest daddy I've ever seen. I'm just so lucky to have this family of mine. And I'm so lucky to have the rest of our families and friends, we really appreciate everyone who has called, texted, FB, visited and cooked us dinner. Thanks for all of the support, we love you all!

I was able to hold both babies at the same time. They are the cutest little boys!!
Oh and for those of you don't know, the reason why Kole and I hold the babies skin-to-skin is because it helps the babies development and to grow and become strong. It also regulates their temperatures and helps them bond with us:)

I got released from the hospital Wednesday night. It was nice to be able to sleep in my own bed but it was probably one of the hardest nights Kole and I have ever had. It was hard to leave our babies in the care of someone else while we went home to our house, where everything was exactly the same. After what we've been through, going back to just us at home is weird. We can't wait until we can bring our babies home! We know they are in great hands in the NICU, everyone who works there is amazing and they are so positive and make you feel at home. They take such good care of our babies and only want whats best. So far the boys are meeting their goals and hopefully will be out of there in a few weeks.

Kole was talking to Kleyton and he woke right up and just stared at him! I guess Kole laying on my belly and talking really helped the boys recognise him:)

Kole was able to hold the boys yesterday at the same time. He was sooo excited! He really is the cutest husband/daddy EVER!!!

Oh, and our doctor yesterday was able to find out the boys blood types to see if that could help us find out it they are identical or fraternal...

they are fraternal, they each have their own blood type! :) Good to know.
