On Monday Shane had to go back to work so he set up a few tours for us. We got family passes because he works for the bus line there. Well when we got down to the dock, it turned out that there were way to many people on the tour from the cruise ships that not even all of them could go. We were happy to just walk around the town, shop a little, and see the sights..
It's hard to see the sign but it says 'Bawden st" (Bawden is my maiden name if you didn't already know:) )
This is creek street. it's a pretty famous tourist attraction there.
And here is Dolly's house. An old "eh em..."... House ;)
There were totem poles all over the place. I never realized how many different Indian tribes are in Alaska. I learned a lot about Alaskan history when I was there.
We walked back to my brothers house which was only a few miles but with the hills the way they are it may have been as long as a marathon the way we felt after we got back.
Later he took us to a lumberjack show which was sooo much fun!
At first Kleyton HATED it!! The loud noises scared him so I had to take in up in the corner of the stands to change, feed and rock him to sleep. After that he was good and slept for most of it and when he woke up he was an angel :)
Of course Kollin loved the whole thing!
Took our picture with Big foot. Only cost us a "tip"
Then they took us out to a yummy dinner at this yummy restaurant for every ones last night in town together.
Tuesday morning Donna, Jared and Mary had to leave so we spent most of the day in our jammies hanging out.
Kollin loved their dog!
Henry giving the boys hugs before he had to fly out too.
